How it works:

• Purchase & Share Inspiration – After checkout, I’ll start a new email thread so everything stays organized. Share colors, florals, or inspiration that can guide the design.
• Preliminary Sketch – I’ll create a sketch to show the overall concept and direction.
• Final Watercolor Crest – Once the sketch is approved, I’ll paint the final hand-painted watercolor crest and deliver your finished digital files.

If you’d like to include pets, hand-painted florals, or other elements, just let me know! I’ll share the link to purchase these add-ons first so they can be incorporated into your own personal CAC digital illustration library. 

Each illustration is thoughtfully hand-painted in watercolor and as always, uniquely and completely yours!

Every design is painted by hand and made just for you. For that reason, I don’t accept refunds or exchanges, but I’m always here to ensure you’re thrilled with your final piece!

Once you purchase, I’ll reach out via email to collect and confirm any details needed to start your custom proof.

• Proofs: One complimentary digital proof is included. Additional revisions or proofs are $55 per round.
  
• Turnaround: Our design process typically takes about two weeks from start to finish. Once you approve your design, please allow around one week for shipping if you’re ordering a physical product. For digital illustration libraries, these will be delivered to you as soon as we receive your written approval of the design, so you can start using them right away.

Please be sure to input an email you have access to so I can get all the right information to prepare your digital design proof — production cannot start until I have in writing that you approve your digital proof!
