Custom Home & Venue Illustration - EXPEDITED

There’s something so lovely about seeing your favorite places turned into a work of art. Each portrait is carefully illustrated by hand, capturing the little details that make your house (or venue, or first date spot, or favorite places) yours.

The Details:

• $125 for full watercolor home illustration with light landscaping + a custom line of text in hand-painted watercolor script
• Includes your custom digital illustration + an 8x10" fine art print with complimentary shipping
• Includes 1-2 day painting time + overnight delivery for +$55

***only fine art print will be shipped, no framing or frame is included***

Every custom home & venue illustration also comes with a little something extra: membership in the CAC Homebody Club. I’ll keep your artwork on file, so once your home is illustrated, you can use that design (whether watercolor or line illustration) on future products or creative goods — like stationery, holiday cards, or gifts — at a discounted à la carte rate. Your home, once captured, becomes the starting point for endless creative keepsakes.

Once you purchase, I’ll reach out via email to confirm your address, personalized line of text, and any other details needed to start your custom proof.

• Proofs: One complimentary digital proof is included. Additional revisions or proofs are $55 per round.
  
• Turnaround: Digital proofs typically take 2–3 days after your details are submitted. Once approved, shipping and delivery usually take 5–7 business days.

Please be sure to input an email you have access to so I can get all the right information to prepare your digital design proof — production cannot start until I have in writing that you approve your digital proof!
